Chasing payments, people, or deadlines? We’ll work on how to say what you need, follow up politely, and stay on track without sounding pushy.
🗓 9 June: Misunderstandings, Magic & Luck
What if there’s a misunderstanding? We’ll look at how to fix communication, make smooth apologies, and talk about instinct, timing, and lucky breaks.
🗓 16 June: Clarity & Commitment
Need to be clearer in meetings or better at saying no? This session is about being direct, making your point, and giving a short speech or toast with confidence and warmth.
