Aave democratized the Flashloans, instant, one-transactions liquidity allowing anyone with the technical knowledge to access 66M$ liquidity without any collateral.
Aave allows stable rates borrowing at stabilized APR rates allowing borrowers to have mid-term projections on the cost of their loans.
