The new edition of SHE is Me by BCWT comes on November 17 with our special guest - Adriana Katrandzhieva.

In the new edition of SHE is Me, we will talk about career change with our guest Adriana Katrandjieva, who has changed her professional field and started a successful career in the IT industry.

Adriana Katrandjieva has extensive experience in the field of project management. She has started in the operational side of the business and in particular in the field of human resources. Soon, however, Adriana has decided to reorient herself to the technology industry, where she saw the application of the Agile methodology in building information systems and supporting the development of effective work teams.

For the past 7 years, Adriana has been a business analyst, product manager, team manager, and Agile Coach / Scrum Master in several consulting companies in England, Germany, and Bulgaria. Her working projects are related to the sectors of finance, healthcare, sales, mobility, and transport.

Adriana is the winner of the Excellence Under Pressure Award from Rising Stars for 2021 and was nominated in the Digital category of the Future Stars of Tech Awards for 2020.

On November 17, we will learn more about Adriana's motivation to start and develop a career in the IT sector and will have informal networking with a glass of wine.

През последните 7 години Адриана е била бизнес анализатор, продуктов мениджър, мениджър екипи и Agile Coach/Scrum Master в редица консултантски компании в Англия, Германия и България. Сферите на проектите, по които е работила, са финанси, здравеопазване, продажби, мобилност и транспорт.
