❤️‍🔥Our invitation is simple: travel back to yourself and feel good inside in a practice where spirituality, personal exploration and movement blend.

🧘Inspired by the yoga mat and the dance floor, “Elevate” offers a chance to immerse in your inner world and take your experience out by following your body. We guide you, but you decide how to move while authentically connecting to yourself and the music beat. 🔥

Ultimately, this is an exploration with an element of self-discovery and surprise. Grab a mat, put on a little sparkle and join us at Sofia's home for electronic music and club culture, Club Dom!

No fancy yoga or dance background needed! Everyone is welcome.

🎟️ This is a cash-free event, no tickets sold at the door. Latecomers will not be admitted, please time your arrival so you can be on your mat at 21:00, doors open at 20:30.

Q: DО I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING? Yes, your yoga mat or anything comfy to lie/sit on and a favorite clubbing accessory (think cool jewelry, etc.)

Q: What will we actually do? Meditate, connect to an inner need/goal and move.🕺

Q: Will we actually do yoga? It completely depends on you if you want to incorporate yoga poses - you will follow your own body in the way that makes most sense to you based on the set-up work we do. You can be as involved or laid back as you want, but if you are looking for a traditional yoga or dance class, this is not it!

🔥Who is this practice for? Spiritual seekers, movement rebels, ecstatic dance fans, quiet explorers, dance floors fanatics, busy parents of any age with a love for spiritual experiences with a party sprinkle

👚How do I dress? Comfortably with a touch of sparkle. We got sparkle on site, so no worries if you can’t think of anything...

🎶.What about the music? We go from meditative to songs you know and electronic gems you may not be so familiar with

💃 ABOUT THE CREATOR

After living in New York City for most of her adult life where she worked in the Broadway industry, Rada Angelova moved back to Bulgaria to seek inspiration where she grew up and be with her family. It was in the Big Apple where she got introduced to yoga and some of the best night clubs in the world.
Other than wellness, "Elevate" is influenced by the first original class Rada created, "This Is My Show: Theater Practices from New York," which is geared toward performing arts professionals and fans looking to expand their knowledge of the field. "This Is My Show" has been a part of the nation-wide and European event "Theater Nights" for the last three years and was the first to represent Bulgarian talent in the ground-breaking LaMaMa Theatre's international residency held for 35 years.
