According to UN, the world is at risk of a mental health crisis. Businesses in the built world and beyond continue to be facing immense challenges - drops in activity, disruptions with supply chains, layoffs. How do we build personal resilience to deal with anxiety, depression and the stress caused by uncertainty? Is mental health the next pandemic?

One different 'Еcosystem' webinar, starting with a fireside chat with Edward Shenderovich, Co-Founder and Chairman, Knotel (who who raised $400 million dollars in SeriesC funding last year).

How have industry leaders adapted to uncertainty - what are their tips on innovating and fundraising in a crisis?

What advice do VCs give portfolio companies on mental health?

Hear from two resilient serial entrepreneurs - Edward, who has built numerous successful companies (a unicorn included) and Devika, who has survived trauma and channeled her negative experience into strength(the inspiration behind her latest venture). Find out from Carolina how a leading VC fund supports founders to (re)build themselves and their businesses in an economic downturn. Samantha will share her experiences from working at several top-tier international real estate companies, on operating at optimum levels during challenging times, and the early warning signs of burnout. As well as sharing initiatives that Round Hill Capital, have adopted to ensure their employees stay connected, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Finally a practical exercise from Niamh Keane, trained ICF Coach and one of Europe's leading meditation teachers.
