About this Event
My name is Valentina - an MSc in organisational psychology, PhD in social psychology, a founder and CEO of my own business and a former management consultant in investment banking.
As you can imagine, I've been at the consumer end of leadership trainings my entire professional life and with excitement I've been waiting to... have a day off when I go to a seminar or workshop. :)
Why did I, my colleagues and peers associate trainings with a day off?
Because our experience was often being undermined by professors who talked theoretically but couldn't imagine what it is like to be a leader for real OR vice versa, I was listening to business men and women who could only share their experience without the necessary depth that myself and others were craving for...

For a long time I felt that "I could do this with a significantly more value add, but look at those clever professors and mature business people... I'll go to one more, may be the next will be better..."
It never became what I wanted and needed as a leader and professional and that's why the time came when we are offering you this unique opportunity to TRY US OUT!
We couldn't do this as planned and in a face to face environement, but leadership is not on hold and we aren't either! We'll adjust and adapt together with you and give you the maximum we can.
Our fees are reduced from £120.00 to £49.00 to reflect the situation.
The individual coaching sessions part of the event will now be offered to all attendees as a special present after the event for symbolic £22.00 which will go to charity.
The minimum you'll leave with:
1. An understanding of your existing leadership qualities and what you should focus on going forward
2. Knowledge of actual strategies for a variety of leadership situations
3. New perspectives from leaders who have been selected to talk at this event
4. Curiosity about the future of leadership and where you play a role
