SHEleader in a SHEll, vol. 14
public eventEvent Details
Join us on November 11 at 6 PM EET (5 PM CET) for an insightful conversation between Bilyana Freye, Co-Founder and CEO of a B2B networking platform Orbiit, and Sasha Bezuhanova, Founder of BCWT.
Community is critical to our overall well-being. We are social creatures and our instinct is to find strength in our connections. With the pandemic ongoing, we stay in touch with our closest relatives and friends but more distant ties are declining or disappearing. Working from home worsens the case as it keeps us away from our coworkers and robs us of our professional network and all the doors that such connections open up.
Now more than ever community managers face the need for bringing people in their network together, encouraging members to build their social capital because it gives one a sense of belonging which is results-driven and provides opportunities for growth, learnings, and finding purpose.
On November 11, the new episode of SHEleader in a SHELL is taking place with Bilyana Freye on-screen, Co-Founder and CEO of the B2B networking platform Orbiit. The project implements AI to help community managers create exponential value for their members through curated 1:1 connections. Orbiit works with leading startups, VC, and professional communities looking to scale peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing through recurrent and guided 1:1 conversations.
“Tailored 1:1 connections allow members to discuss difficult topics, be vulnerable, and share learnings with one another. Those 1:1 connections are the hardest to execute, but when you start investing in them, with the help of Orbiit, you see engagement feeding into all other initiatives and a vibrant, active community that truly delivers on the promise to its members' ' says Bilyana Freye.
On November 11, we will talk with Bilyana about building communities, the challenges community managers face, and the role of women entrepreneurship in connecting the world. We will also address other topics:
What makes the community so vital to our existence and how it helps us thrive?
What value does AI bring to these tailored connections?
Are 1:1 connections the only focus of Orbiit?
COVID-19 makes the community networking market very competitive, what are the advantages and disadvantages of that?
Moderator of the discussion: Sasha Bezuhanova, Founder and Chair of BCWT.
